02 / A POSSIBLE CONTEXT
What might the question have been?
Dense clouds have gathered in the west: will rain fall, and are reserves sufficient for action?
A possible setting
Farmers, herders, or travelers watch clouds over the western outskirts, but rain does not arrive. Small accumulation can concern resources that are still limited or forces that hold movement back.
How the words respond
The judgment describes conditions not yet yielding rain. The lines move through returning, a damaged cart, marital conflict, and binding relationships toward rain and rest. In this reading, forcing progress before conditions are ready is hazardous.
Clouds without rain provide the central image of accumulation without a result. Return, domestic tension, and vigilance recur.
This scenario adapts the Chinese edition's historical reading. It is a possible reconstruction, not an established single event or the only interpretation.
